As part of our strategy for reaching Brazil we believe that the ongoing motivation and unity among pastors is critical.  In an effort to develop a church planting movement across Brazil we began a partnership with Jack Harris of Global Messenger Services to build a pastors network.  This has been working quite successfully and we now have over 2,000 pastors loosely connected to our network.  Of these 2,000 pastors around 200 attend a regular monthly pastors breakfast in one of our partnering churches in Rio, Vitória, or Aracaju.  Of these 200 pastors who are committed to our network I consider 15 of them to be the key church planting team members that I work with in Brazil.  The 15 live all across Brazil in states ranging form São Paulo, to Sergipe, to Paraná to Goiás, to Bahia.
